By using the Acquirely Customizer App ("the App"), designed to enhance your Go High-Level software experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

Electronic Consent and Agreement Acknowledgment

By selecting the "I Agree" checkbox on our website and accessing the App, you recognize that such action is deemed as your electronic signature. This signature holds the same legal force and establishes your agreement with these Terms just as if you had physically signed a contract. This affirms your intent to be legally bound by these Terms. We strongly advise you to review these Terms thoroughly before continuing. Should you disagree with any of these Terms, please do not check the box and refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.

2. License Grant

The App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and business customization of your Go High-Level software, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the App or access it in a way that could harm, disrupt, or negatively affect our service or another user's experience.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or associated services and networks.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all related intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Acquirely or its licensors. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or attempting to discover the source code of the App.

5. Customizations and Responsibilities

Any customizations you make using the App are at your own risk. Acquirely is not liable for any modifications nor their effects on your Go High-Level software.

6. Availability of Service

The App aims to be accessible 24/7, but availability may be impacted by maintenance, technical issues, or external disruptions. Acquirely shall not be liable for the App's unavailability.

7. Support
 
We are committed to providing exceptional customer support around the clock. Our team offers 24/7 support services to address and resolve issues that arise. Most problems will be resolved within 24 hours; however, more complex issues, especially those resulting from significant updates or changes made by Go High Level, may require up to 72 hours or more to resolve.
 
8. Relationship Disclaimer
 
Acquirely is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or associated with Go High-Level LLC. This App is developed to complement your use of Go High-Level software.
 
9. Non-Compete Clause
 
You agree not to compete directly or indirectly with Acquirely for a period of two years after ceasing to use the App.

 

Payment Terms

Subscription Options and Billing

Monthly Subscription: Service packages subscribed through a monthly billing cycle will be invoiced by Acquirely via Stripe. You hereby authorize Stripe to automatically levy charges on the payment method provided on a monthly basis at the rate of $297.

Special 3-Year Deal: Alternatively, you may opt for a special 3-year subscription agreement at a total cost of $4,997, payable in full at the commencement of the subscription period. This offers a substantial saving over the standard monthly rate but adheres to the same terms and conditions as the monthly subscription, including no proration or refunds.
 
Payment Processing
All charges, whether monthly or the one-off payment for the 3-year deal, are to be settled automatically through Stripe. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details are kept up-to-date to avert any interruption in service.
 
Non-Refundable Charges
All payments made to Acquirely for the provision of services are non-refundable. This includes payments made for both the monthly subscription and the special 3-year subscription deal, despite the extent of usage of the services provided.
 
No Prorated Refunds
 
There will be no prorated refunds offered upon the cancellation of services for both the monthly subscription and the 3-year deal. Once a charge, either monthly or the full amount for the 3-year period, is processed, no refunds will be granted for any remaining subscription period.

Amendment of Terms

Right to Modify Agreement
 
Acquirely reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon providing you with the new terms, with reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Acknowledgment of Terms
 
You acknowledge that continued use of Acquirely's services after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
 
Ongoing Obligations
 
Obligations regarding payments and intellectual property rights shall survive the expiry or termination of this agreement.
 
Dispute Resolution
 
In case of a dispute, parties will first aim to resolve the issue amicably through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to confidential mediation in California, bearing their own costs and sharing equally any common fees.

No Chargebacks
 
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks against Acquirely unless explicitly authorized by Acquirely in writing prior to the chargeback transaction. Violation of this clause may result in a breach of the agreement, with Acquirely entitled to compensation for any losses incurred.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 
This agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of California. Legal proceedings, if any, must be brought exclusively in California courts.
 
Additional Provisions
 
Non-Disparagement
 
Both parties commit to refrain from making statements that could damage the reputation of the other.
 
Indemnification
 
You will indemnify Acquirely against any claims resulting from misuse of the service or breach of this agreement.
